When is it useful?
Office TV is for the moments when you want the current picture without waiting for a report. At the start of a shift you can see who is at their computer, through the day you can see which tools the team is concentrating on, and you can see when people step away. Sharing the screen in a daily stand-up makes it easier to talk about where the workload has shifted.
What is visible
- The application or website open right now
- When someone stepped away from the computer and came back
- The most recent screenshot, if your organisation has that feature enabled
- Each user's current attendance status
On privacy
Office TV does not collect anything new; it presents the activity data the Berqun agent already records, live. If screenshots are disabled in your organisation, none appear here either. See our GDPR guide for the legal framework around monitoring.
