Mouse and keyboard analytics, Active Directory and meeting integrations

The new version of the Berqun application is now ready for use. With this release, significant enhancements have been introduced across integrations, data analytics, and agent capabilities, along with improvements in performance, stability, and overall system flexibility.

🔗 Meeting & Integration Enhancements

Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex integrations now allow meeting and call records to be retrieved via API
These time intervals can be automatically evaluated and considered as productive working time
These features are currently available for On-Premise environments

🖱️ Mouse & Keyboard Analytics

Mouse and keyboard usage data is now included in BQ score calculations
This helps prevent false “active” states caused by system-related issues
It also enables detection of unrealistic or abnormal usage patterns

🌐 Office / Remote Work Enhancements

Office and VPN IP identification has been improved
Employees’ working location (Office or Remote) can now be automatically detected throughout the day
A “Remote vs Office” report has been introduced for comparative performance analysis
Work location information is now displayed in reports and the Office Dashboard

⏱️ Time Entry Enhancements

Time entries are now displayed in a visually distinguishable format
Flexible evaluation options are supported for time entries:
- Fully treat the time interval as productive
- Preserve activity details within the interval
- Exclude time entries from scoring

🔍 Activity Visibility Management

Activity details can now be managed based on roles
Additional controls for sensitive data:
- Hiding activity details
- Hiding names of distracting activities

⚙️ Productivity Rule Management

Restrictions can now be applied when defining productivity rules or requests for specific activities

📊 Reporting Enhancements

New columns added to Office Efficiency reports:
- Employee ID
- Number of Team Members
- Parent Team Name
- Overtime (Working Days / Non-Working Days)
Column customization is now supported in reports
Sub-team average calculation issue has been resolved

🔐 Portal Access Management

Portal access can now be restricted based on roles
Separate authorization options added for:
- Web application login
- Agent login

🌐 Location Features

Location detection supported via:
- GPS
- Operating system
- IP-based services
Multiple data sources are supported for location tracking
These features are disabled by default and can be enabled upon request

🔗 Power BI Integration

Berqun data can now be exported to Power BI
Available data includes:
- Daily performance metrics
- Activity records
- Time entries
- Location data
