Audit log, tracking history and user panel improvements

🔐 Security & Audit Log Enhancements

With this version, the existing Audit Log structure has been significantly improved in terms of scope, visibility, and analysis capabilities.

The Audit Log screen has been redesigned to provide a more user-friendly and detailed inspection experience; ensuring that system activities are presented in a more understandable, filterable, and traceable manner.

User-driven operations across the system (such as read, create, update, etc.) have been handled more comprehensively, and the distinction between these actions and system-level activities has been clearly defined. As a result:

• User actions are now more transparent and traceable,
• The question “Who did what, and when?” can be answered quickly and clearly,
• Critical actions such as dashboard access, user management operations, and login activities can now be tracked in detail.

• Audit scope has been expanded,
• The analyzability of records has been improved,
• Auditability and traceability have been strengthened.

🛡️ Security Enhancements

• Data access and validation mechanisms have been improved,
• Authorization processes have been strengthened,
• Overall data protection across the system has been enhanced.

👤 User Panel Enhancements

• The BQ score display in the user panel has been updated and improved

• In daily, weekly, and monthly views, it is clearly visible whether employees are working from the office or remotely

• Daily working status is presented in detail, allowing easy tracking of work patterns

• For users with tracking disabled:

  • BQ scores are no longer displayed, and tracking status is clearly indicated
  • Tracking status can be viewed on a daily basis in weekly and monthly views

• For weekends, full-day leave, and public holidays:

  • BQ scores are not displayed
  • The reason is clearly explained to the user

• For half-day leave:

  • Differences from the standard working schedule are clearly indicated in daily, weekly, and monthly views

• With the new additions to the user panel, users can analyze work patterns and BQ details in a more comprehensive way

🕵️ Staff Tracking History

• A tracking history feature has been added for employees
• The date ranges during which employees are tracked are now recorded, making tracking processes more transparent and manageable
• With this improvement, calculations are performed only for tracked periods, resulting in increased performance
• Non-tracked days are no longer considered as working days, and this is clearly indicated on the screens
• Historical tracking records can now be added and edited

🔗 Authentication & Integrations

• LDAP and SAML login processes have been improved to ensure more stable and seamless operation
• The login screen has been updated to support multiple authentication methods, providing a more flexible user experience
• Authentication processes have been improved, increasing overall system reliability and performance

📊 Reporting & Data Export

• Keyboard and mouse usage analysis data can now be exported
• Audit Log data can now be exported in Excel format, making audit and analysis processes easier
• Excel export capabilities have been expanded, enabling users to generate more comprehensive reports across different areas

⚙️ System & Infrastructure Improvements

• System-wide improvements have made installation and update processes more stable and reliable
• Enhancements in the authentication infrastructure have increased the reliability of access processes
• Background maintenance and system processes have been optimized, improving overall performance and system stability
• Configuration and secret management have been enhanced to provide better data security
• The logging infrastructure has been improved, strengthening system observability and issue detection
